David designed & built the Paint Store, a 4,200 square foot steel building on a monolithic slab.

Other large projects include two 15-20k square foot community centers. The construction on both buildings was a steel frame of columns and beams with structural masonry walls. These projects were designed and closely inspected by architects and engineers, which required attention to detailed plans and specifications, and the ability to work at a high professional level.

David has inspected commercial steel buildings, provided written opinions, consultation and testimony as a court qualified expert witness in civil litigation matters.
